NUTELLA FERRERO ROCHER CUPCAKES

Nutella Ferrero Rocher Cupcake;

Eger nutella seviyorsaniz, bu tarifi kesinlikle denemelisiniz.. iste tarifi;

cupcake kremasi ortalama 16,17 cupcake icin yeterlidir.. bu tarif icin (750g) 1 Nutella kavanozu yada 2 (350g) kavanoz nutella kullanabilirsiniz..( ben nutellayi kasikla kullandim uzerinin kremasi icin 2 yemek kasigi nutella, ic sivi kremasi icin 5 yemek kasigi nutella kullandim.. Malzemeler;

¤keki icin:

  • ½ bardak (3 yemek kasigi) yagsiz margarin, oda sicakliginda yumusamis sekilde,

  • 1½ bardak light kahverengi seker

  • 2 yumurta, oda sicakliginda,

  • 1 tatli kasigi vanilya extrasi( yada tozu)

  • 6 yemek kasigi organik kakao tozu ( evinizdeki kakao tozu da olur)

  • 1½ tatli kasigi soda

  • ¼ tatli kasigi tuz

  • 1½ bardak kek unu ( kek ununuz yok ise eger 1,5 bardagi ununuza 1 yemek kasigi dolusu misir nisastasi ekleyin, ayni formu yakalayacaksiniz..bende kek unumu bu sekilde kendim hazirliyorum)

  • ⅔ bardak krema yada sut

  • ¾ bardak sicak nescafeli su

¤Uzerinin kremasi icin;

  • ¾ bardak (1 bucuk yemek kasigi) tuzsuz margarin, oda sicakliginda yumusatilmis,

  • 6 yemek kasigi krem peynir

  • 1,5 yemek kasigi Nutella

  • ½ bardak cikolata parcalari( ben bitter cikolata kullandim)

¤Nutella sosu icin;

  • 1 bardak Nutella

  • ½ bardak sut

  • 16 - 17 adet Ferrero Rocher,

¤kekin yapilisi:

  • firininizi 180 dereceye ayarlayin ve 18 adet cupcake kalibinizi cupcake tepsisine siralayin.kenarda hazir bekletin,

  • cirpma kabinda oda sicakligindaki margarini mikserinizle cirpin, sonra uzerine kahverengi sekerinizi ekleyin ve yumusak bir kivam alincaya kadar cirpin..( yaklasik 3 dakika boyunca).

  • sonra tek tek yumurtalarinizi ekleyin ve cirpmaya devam edin.

  • vanilya ekstrasini ekleyin ve yumusak bir kivam alincaya kadar cirpin..(3 dakika kadar daha)

  • kakao tozu,soda ve tuzu eleyerek karisiminiza ekleyin.

  • krema yada sutunuzu ekleyin mikserinizi yavas moduna alarak cirpmaya devam edin.Sonrasinda yavas yavas ununuzu eleyerek katin.

  • sicak suda erittiginiz nescafenizi karisima ekleyin ve cirpmaya devam edin..

  • kekimiz hazir.. kasik yardimiyla tam dolmayacak sekilde cupcake kaplariniza dokun..

  • 20 dakika boyunca 180 derecede pisiriyoruz..

¤kremasi icin;

  • bir kapta cikolatalarinizi eritin,

  • diger cirpma kabinda krem peynir ile margarini yumusak bir kivam alincaya kadar mikserinizle cirpin..

  • nutellanizi ekleyin,

  • erimis cikolatanizi ekleyin ve krema olasiya kadar cirpin ( 5dk kadar)

¤nutella sosu icin;

  • sut ve nutellanini ocakta karistirarak isitin.. kivam alinca ocaktan alin.. geri kalan islemler icin videomu izleyebilirsiniz..

¤Nutella Ferrero Rocher Cupcakes

if you like nutella , you will adore these cupcakes.. hier is recipe;

Cupcake recipe can be halved or doubled with great results. Frosting recipe makes enough to generously frost 16 to 17 cupcakes.. Make sure you have 1 (750g) jar of Nutella or 2 (350g) jars for this recipe.

Ingredients

  • ¤For the Cupcakes:

  • ½ cup (1 stick/ 4oz) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

  • 1½ cups light brown sugar, packed

  • 2 egg, at room temperature

  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1½ teaspoons baking soda

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 1½ cups sifted (or whisked to lighten before measuring) cake flour* (see note for substitution)

  • ⅔ cups sour cream or milk at room temperature

  • ¾ cups hot water coffee mix

¤For the Very Nutella Frosting :

  • ¾ cup (1½ sticks/ 6oz) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

  • 6 tablespoons (3 oz) cream cheese

  • 1½ cups (12 oz) Nutella

  • ½ cup (3 oz) chocolate chips

¤For the Nutella Sauce Filling:

  • 1 cup (8oz) Nutella

  • ½ cup whole milk

16 to 17 Ferrero Rocher,

¤Instructions

¤For the cupcakes:

  • Adjust oven rack to middle position. Preheat oven to 350F/180F. Line 2 cupcake pans with 18 cupcake liners.

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment (or in a large bowl, if using a handheld mixer), whisk the butter on high speed until smooth.

  • Add the brown sugar and mix together until slightly lightened in color, about 3 minutes.

  • Scrape down the bowl, then add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  • Add in the vanilla and continue mixing until lightened more in color and texture and looks fluffy, 3 to 5 minutes. Scrape down the bowl.

  • Add the cocoa powder, baking soda and salt and mix until well blended. Scrape down the bowl.

  • With the mixer on lowest speed, add one-third of the flour, followed by half of the sour cream, then mix to blend. Then add the second third of the flour, followed by the rest of the sour cream, mix again. End with the remaining flour and mix just until combined. Scrape the bowl as needed.

  • With the mixer running on medium low speed, drizzle in the hot water coffee mix until very smooth, about 1 minute. Batter will be very thin and soupy.

  • Portion the batter evenly among the cupcake liners

  • bake for 20 min in 180 degres..

¤For the Very Nutella Frosting:

  • In a medium microwavable bowl, place both types of chocolate chips and melt in the microwave, stopping every 20 second to stir the chocolate. Heat and stir until almost completely melted. The warmth of the melted chocolate will melt whatever bits of chocolate left. Set aside to cool slightly.

  • In another medium bowl, combine the butter and cream cheese and beat using an electric mixer until smooth and well blended.

  • Add in the Nutella and mix until completely incorporated. Scrape down the bowl.

  • Add in the melted chocolate and mix until everything is well combined, scraping the bowl as need.

¤For the Nutella Sauce Filling:

  • Combine the Nutella and milk in a medium bowl, whisk well until completely smooth.

¤Notes

  • *for cake flour I substitute this by placing 3 tablespoons of cornstarch or cornflour in my measuring cup, then add the all-purpose flour on top of that and continue measuring like I normally would. So I end up using 1½ cups minus 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour plus 3 tablespoons cornstarch. If you have cake flour, just use that.
