MY FAVORIT ABDOMINAL WORKOUT AT HOME

 

 

 

Hi everyone, after so many questions about my workout routine and abs workout, i decided to show you my routine.. I use generally ball pilates.. hier we start :

1- CRUNCHES

Curl head, shoulders and upper back off mat. (30x)

 

2- CROSSOVER CRUNCH

 

Add a twist to your crunch to hit your abs from several angles at once. (30x)

 

3-V-UPS

Lie on floor then bring your legs up and your toward your legs.Either return to starting position or lean back onto your elbows and repeat.. (30x)

4-PULSE UPS

Engage your lower abdominals to pull your hips off the floor.LOwer your hips to floor and repeat.. (30x)

5-VERTICAL TOE TOUCHES

Curl upper back, reaching your hands toward your toes. (30x)

 

6-STRAIGHT TUCK

Put your shins on the ball and then tuck in using your ab muscles.Extend back out and repeat (30x)

 

7-HELL TOUCH

touch rigt side of ball 30x then touch left side of plates ball. repeat (30x)

8-STABILITY BALL V-PASS

Lie faceup on the floor, holding a stability ball overhad with both hands, your legs together and extended straighton the floor.in the motion, brace your core core and lift your arms and legs off the ground, placing the ball between you feet.squeeze the ball with your legs and lower your arms and legs back to the floor.. repeat (30x)
