Milfoy Hamuru Elmali Tart

Selammm :) bugun kahvaltimi yaptiktan sonra canimin elmali tart cekmesinden dolayi , mutfagin yolunu tuttum.. Evde her zaman yardimimiza kosan milfoy hamuru, bu sefer elmali tart icin bana eslik edicek.. Cok basit malzemelerle harika bir tart yapabilirsiniz.. iste tarifi;

Malzemeler:

- 250 gr milfoy hamuru,

- 2 adet elma,

- 10 gr margarin

- 1 tatli kasigi tarcin

- 1 yemek kasigi toz seker

- 1 adet yumurta sarisi ( 1 tatli kasigi su ile sulandirip hamurumuzun kenarlarina surecegiz)

- 1 yemek kasigi recel (1 tatli kasigi su ile sulandirip, hamurumuz pistikten sonra uzerine surecegi. ben portakal receli kullandim)

- 1 tatli kasigi pudra sekeri ( uzeri icin )

Yapilisi:

Oncelikle oda sicakligindaki milfoy hamurumuzu merdane yardimi ile dikdortgen seklinde aciyoruz.. tam seklinde olmazsada ziyani yok.. bicak yardimi ile dikdortgen seklini verecegiz.. sekllimizi verdikten sonra kesilen parca hamurlarimizi atmiyoruz ve dikdortgenimize cerceve yapiyoruz..hamurumuzu yagli kagit uzerinde tepsimize yerlestirdikten sonra kabuklarini soyup dilimledigimiz elmalerimizi siraliyoruz.. uzerine sekerimizi gezdirip, parca margarinlerimizi koyuyoruz( videodaki gibi) uzerine tarcinimizi da serptikten sonra , sulandirdigimiz yumurta sarimizi cercevemize suruyoruz.. onceden isitilmis 180 derecede uzeri kizarana kadar pisiriyoruz.. Uzeri nar gibi kiazrdiktan sonra sulandirdigimiz recelimizi suruyoruz.. En son olarak pudra sekeri ile susleyip servis ediyoruz.. :)

Puff Pastry Apple Tart

Hi everyone, today after my breakfast, i decided to do desert with apple.. i used puff pastry because it's fast and simple to do.. it's really great fruity and light desert or treat and you need very simple ingredients.. hier is the recipe:

Ingredients:

- 250 g of puff pastry

- 2 apples

- 10 gr margarine

- 1 tablespoon cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 1 egg yolk ( mix with 1 teaspoon water )

- 1 tablespoon of jam ( wix with 1 teaspoon water , for garnish)

- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar ( for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 180 degres. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • On a lightly floured surface, unfold puff pastry and roll into a 15x11-inch rectangle. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet. With a sharp knife, score a rectangle border about 1-inch wide, but do not cut all the way through the dough. Poke the inner rectangle all over with a fork. Trim any uneven edges so that you have a perfect rectangle.

  • Layer the apple slices, overlapping them slightly. Sprinkle with granulated sugar, then the surface with butter cubes.

  • mix egg yolk with 1 tsp water and garnish edges.

  • Bake until crust is golden brown, then transfer to a wire rack. mix 1 tsp water with jam and Drizzle over the tart, then brush it evenly using a pastry brush. Let cool for at least 10 minutes. use powdered sugar for garnish..Transfer to a cutting board and cut into 8 even pieces.
