Benim favori smoothilerimin arasinda tabikide yesil saglikli smoothie de var.. Icerisinde demir potasyum ve multivitaminler var.. sabah kahvaltinizda yada ogun aralarinda tuketebilirsiniz.. iste tarifi:

Malzemeler:
  • 1 bardak taze ispanak

  • 1 bardak badem sutu ( ben alpro kullaniyorum)

  • 1 bardak su

  • 1 bardak ananas

  • 1 bardak mango

  • 1/2 muz

  • 1 yemek kasigi chia cekirdegi

  • 1 yemek kasigi goji berry

yapilisi:

Butun malzemelerimizi blender'a koyup yumusak bir kivam alincaya kadar karistiriyoruz.. Uzerine chia cekirdegi yada goji berry ile susleyebilirsiniz..

One of my favorit smoothie is green smoothie! It’s full of iron, potassium and vitamins galore and tastes like a tropical treat from all the island fruit. i am sure you will like to.. Let's try ;)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh

  • 1 cup Almod milk ( i use Alpro)

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup pineapple

  • 1 cup mango

  • 1/2 bananas

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon goji berry

Instructions

Add all ingredients and blend until smooth.. serve with goji berry or chia seeds..
