Healthy Smoked Chicken Breakfast Sandwich

Herkese merhabalar, bu haftasonu geleneksel kahvalti menume bir sandwich ekledim.Dun spor yaptigim icin bugun kahvaltinin protein agirlikli olmasina dikkat ettim.( protein olarak yumurta ve hindi fume) Marketlerde satilan organik pismeye hazir sandwich ekmeklerinden kullandim ve firinda 15 dk kadar pisirdim. ( Sicak ekmege bayiliyorum :D) ekmeklerim pistikten sonra sirasiyla hindi fume,yumurta ( yumurtayi degisik bir teknikle yaptim sicak suyun icerisine kirilarak pisiliyor.. youtube ‘da poached egg yazarsaniz gorebilirsiniz.) ve en son olarak roka ekledim.

Hi everyone, today i did healthy smoked chicken breakfast sandwich for my family.i love already cook in weekend:-) Sun is her in Belgium today and i feel so happy , healthy and more motivation for my fitness routine. But first i need a good breakfast first i bake my bread at the oven for 10 min because i love hot bread in breakfast. then i did my sandwich with, loaded smoked chicken after my poached egg ( i used black pepper to for my egg) and finally arugula..you can use smoked salmon to but i chose chicken. i chose arugula because its work very well with egg and chicken try it!
